Sheriff Records and County Jail
The Glades County Sheriff's Office operates the Glades County Detention Center and holds county booking sheets and booking photographs. The same main number handles jail information and records questions. The Sheriff does not publish separate Records lobby hours, so call before making an in-person trip. Criminal Court Records
The Glades County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller maintains the court case after booking. Its record can show filings, amended charges, pleas, dismissal, judgment, or sentence when public access permits. The Clerk records-search page launches the official online options. Criminal mail instructions may use Suite 500, so verify the suite with the Clerk before mailing a case-specific request.

Moore Haven City Records
Moore Haven City Hall is the custodian only for records created by the City. It does not hold Sheriff booking photos, county jail records, or Glades County criminal court files. City-created records may be requested through the Moore Haven public-records process.

For searches and requests, match the question to the proper custody or record channel:
- For a Glades County mugshot, booking entry, current county custody, or release-date field, use GCSO SmartWEB first, then ask Sheriff Records when the needed item is not online.
- For a booked charge and its later outcome, use the Sheriff's booking record for intake facts and the Glades County Clerk case record for the disposition.
- For a specific reported warrant, begin with the FDLE Wanted Persons Search, then confirm a possible match with the originating agency or GCSO.
- For City-created administrative records, use Moore Haven City Hall. Do not send a Sheriff arrest or jail request to the City.
- For a person sentenced into Florida state corrections, use the Florida Department of Corrections Offender Search. FDC is not the Glades County booking custodian.
- For civil immigration detention, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator. The Glades County Detention Center can hold ICE detainees, but an ICE result is not necessarily a county criminal booking.
